RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1) Contact Support First
Before requesting a return, cancellation, exchange, or refund, you must contact our customer support team first through our contact form:

Please do not send any products back without prior authorization and return instructions from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
2) Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers – Online Orders)
If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must first notify us by contacting our support team through the contact form above with a clear statement of your decision.
3) Returns After Cancellation
Once your cancellation or return request has been approved and you have received return instructions from our support team, you must send the goods back within 14 days from the date you notified us of your decision to cancel.
The applicable return address will be provided by our customer support team after your request has been reviewed.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
4) Refund Timing
If your cancellation or return is accepted, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the earlier of:
- receiving the returned goods; or
- receiving satisfactory evidence that the goods have been shipped back.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
5) Refund Amount
Where applicable, refunds will include:
- the purchase price of the returned goods; and
- the standard delivery charges originally paid, where required by applicable consumer law.
6) Condition of Returned Goods
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
7) Exceptions
The statutory right of cancellation does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been opened or unsealed after delivery, or in any other circumstances where applicable law provides an exception.
